This is the service you can expect on every job that we do.

Step 1: First We Do A Pre-Inspection with the client

Our IICRC Certified Technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet.  He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results.

Step 2: Then We Pre-Vacuum

Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming.  Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning. Dry soil will turn into “mud” when pre-treated and will be difficult to remove during the cleaning process.

Step 3: Some Furniture is Moved While we are Cleaning

Our regular pricing includes moving smaller items such as footstools or small end tables.  Sofa, chairs, tables, beds, dressers and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure.  One of our consultants can quote the exact cost to move heavier pieces.  If items are moved, we place protectors under them while the carpet dries.

Step 4: Next We Pre-Spray the Heavily Soiled areas

A pre-conditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning. This process suspends soil for removal.

Step 5: Then We Pre-Groom

A professional Carpet Groomer is used to further loosen the soil, in the traffic areas.  **Note: Some fibers will not allow grooming.

Step 6: Soil Extraction, Rinse and Neutralize

The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed with a state-of-the-art extraction cleaning system without over-wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.  We use a Powerful Rotary Jet Extractor working off the truck mount unit, using very hot water to extract the suspended soil. . This insures cleaning of all sides of the carpet fiber, and can return the factory fiber twist to each fiber. The standard wand is used in corners and along edges. We carry soft water on the truck, which cleans better with less chemicals. Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced (Neutralized) so that there is no sticky residue left behind.  This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.

Step 7: Spotting

Spots and stains will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. Although we do not guarantee removal of spots or stains, many of them can be removed. Spotting is done during the extraction process in Step 6.

Step 8: Next We Deodorize All Areas Cleaned

We then apply a deodorizer known as a ‘Pairing Agent’ to bond with any odor molecules to keep your home and carpet smelling fresh for days.

Step 9: Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector

For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector periodically applied to your carpet.  Please ask your technician about this service.  We can apply Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector at the time of cleaning.

Step 10: Then We Post-Groom the Carpet

Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave.  Post-grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.  **Note: Some fibers will not allow grooming.

Step 11: Next We Speed Dry

High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning a room to promote faster drying. This is done while we are on site, and ater the cleaning process.

Step 12: Post-Cleaning Inspection with the client

Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results and make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job before any payment is made.
